Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most of our items cannot be returned, since they are personal care goods (beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Gift cards are non-returnable.  Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Electronic Devices - Warranty & Returns

Delivery Inspection Upon delivery of electronic devices, you must inspect the package immediately in the presence of the delivery driver. Any damage to the packaging must be reported to the driver before accepting the delivery. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may affect your warranty claim.

Product Warranty All electronic devices are sealed and come with a manufacturer warranty. To maintain warranty coverage:

  • Charge and use the device strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions
  • Follow all setup and usage instructions step by step
  • Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase (we recommend keeping a photocopy as receipt printing may fade over time)

Faulty Device Returns If your electronic device is found to be faulty:

  1. Contact us immediately with your order details and description of the fault
  2. We will arrange collection of the faulty device within 1-3 business days (collections reported on weekends may take slightly longer)
  3. The device will be inspected to verify the fault
  4. If confirmed faulty, the device will be replaced with a new one
  5. The entire process typically takes 2-5 days from the time of reporting

Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage to packaging after delivery acceptance
  • Devices that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorised persons

Consumer Rights This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Maltese and EU consumer protection law.
