Usage Tips

Read the instructions before using any new appliance.

Step 1.
After rinsing out your shampoo or any other rinse-out conditioner, towel-dry your hair.

Tip: Apply Demeliss LISS & PROTECT heat protectant spray with fortifying silk proteins to damp hair.

Step 2.
Attach the pre-drying concentrator to gently dry the roots and remove any excess water.

Tip: The straightening, volumizing, and curling heads should be used on damp hair. We recommend not completely drying your hair with the concentrator.

STRAIGHTENING
Divide your hair into sections and begin using the straightening brush with the lower sections, starting underneath and then moving up. With your other hand, create tension by holding the ends of the brush. Brush slowly from root to tip. Repeat this process on each section, working your way up to the top sections.

BLOW-DRY
Divide your hair into sections and begin using the volumizing brush with the lower sections. Gently brush, using your wrist to create the desired volume. Repeat this process on each section, working your way up to the top. For a natural look, keep the front sections away from your face.

CURLS:
Divide your hair into sections and begin using one of the curling attachments on the lower sections. Select a section and bring the device close to it: it will wrap around the barrel and dry, forming a curl. For optimal drying, slowly move the device towards and away from your head. Once the section is dry, unwind it by lowering the device towards the floor. Two curling attachments are provided to create left and right curls. For a natural look, it is recommended to alternate the direction of the curls at the back of your head and to keep the front sections away from your face by curling them outwards.

Tip: For long-lasting results, finish your styling using the "cool shot" setting. For intense shine, apply 2-3 pumps of Demeliss Shine Elixir treatment to your lengths and ends.
