The Soft Eye Pencil will help you define the eyes either strongly and effectively, or gently and subtly - always with an amazing effect. Its delicate formula is easy to apply and does not irritate the skin. Additionally, Vitamins A and E condition the sensitive skin around the eyes. It blends perfectly, making a smoky eye look easier to create. It is long-lasting, for up to 12 hours.

Application Tips & Tricks
